In the Spring of 2021, SaveBelgium, a Belgian NGO, launched a court case against Belgium and the EU.
The essenceof their legal argument is that by continuing to adhere to ICNIRP guidelines and the thermal dogma in the face of mounting evidence of serious biological harm caused by man-made electromagnetic fields, Belgium and the European Union violate the plaintiff’s fundamental rights. European citizens travel to the EU Parliament to present an unpopular issue. The newly formed NGO, Europeans for Safe Connections (ESC) visited the European Parliament on 7th February. “We have unacceptable side effects of radiofrequencies on the health of people and on nature as well. The current rules of the EU do not take these into consideration.“
