ALERT: Check if the ICNIRP certificate submitted by Telcos is made out in the name of ‘Three UK Limited’. This is a company which was dissolved in 2015 (you can check via Companies House). As they don’t actually exist, they can’t declare compliance with anything and so the Council should reject such applications.
When this happens it seems to be a clear case of false representation. To prove that you need to show the representation was made deliberately, knowing that it’s false. Hard to see how they could justify not knowing their company didn’t exist? It’s not a one-off mistake either, there are others. Also, there has to be an attempt to gain something, which in this case is the planning approval.
